3.05.030 Qualification of voters.
This section is included in your selections.
To be eligible to vote in a City election, a person shall be:
(a) Qualified to vote in State elections under AS 15.05.010;
(b) Not disqualified under Article V of the State Constitution;
(c) A resident of the City for 30 days immediately preceding the election;
(d) Listed on the precinct register (registered to vote in State elections at a residence address within the City at least 30 days before a City election). [Code 1979 § 5.3.]
