(a) Immediately at closing, consumption is terminated and all open containers of alcohol shall be removed from tables and bars for disposal; all unopened containers of alcoholic beverages shall be secured in locked areas.

(b) The licensed premises may be used for any other purpose allowed under State statute when alcohol sales are not allowed.

(c) No person under the age of 21 may enter the licensed premises when alcohol is being sold or consumed unless accompanied by a parent. [Code 1979 § 8.15.02.]
