(a) Sewer Service. The City provides sewer service on a permanent basis for residential, small business, institutional, commercial, restaurant, hotel, tavern, camp facilities, and dockside users.

(b) Permanent/Temporary Service. The City may provide sewer service to seasonally operated commercial or industrial facilities if, in the City’s sole opinion, the service is in the public interest. The customer will be billed for the duration of services. [Res. 94-10, 1994. Code 1979 SU § 4.0.]
