(a) All garbage must be placed in containers provided on the dock for that purpose.

(b) Deposit or discharge of garbage, trash, oil, fuel, debris, and other materials into the water or on land areas is strictly prohibited. [Ord. 89-02 § 2 (Att.), 1988. Code 1979 Ch. 18.14.]
