(a) All vessels using the harbor with inboard power must have “absorb pads” in bilge. These are sold at the Harbormaster’s office. This is mandatory. No pad – no mooring.

(b) No provision of this management plan shall be construed to deny a riparian owner’s access to navigable waters. [Ord. 89-02 § 2 (Att.), 1988. Code 1979 Ch. 18.14.]
