“Appellant” means a person who has filed a notice of appeal and paid the required fee under CCO 18.10.080.

“Comprehensive plan” means the document titled “Ataqan Alcun Community Plan” adopted on March 16, 1995, by the Council pursuant to Ordinance 95-04, and all amendments, revisions and rewrites thereto.

“Real property” shall mean any estate or interest in land or in any structure or improvements, including fixtures, permanently affixed to land.

“Schedule of fees and penalties” means the schedule of fees and penalties adopted under CCO 18.05.060, as the same may be amended from time to time.

“Zoning Administrator” shall have the meaning set forth in Chapter 18.05 CCO. [Code 1979 § 14.01.010.]
