The issuance of any approval or permit under this chapter and Chapters 18.05 and 18.25 CCO shall not (a) be construed to be authorization to violate any provision of local, State or Federal statute, regulation or ordinance; nor (b) prevent the Zoning Administrator, Council or other representative of the City from thereafter requiring the correction of any errors or compliance with any requirement of this Code of Ordinances.
