Safety zones may be designated in accordance with 33 CFR 165 during heavy weather conditions. If a safety zone is established, no vessel may enter into or transit that area without permission of the Harbormaster. [Ord. 89-02 § 2 (Att.), 1988. Code 1979 Ch. 18.14.]
