14.20.400 Communications.
The Saint Paul Port Control and Harbormaster office (SPPCHMO) will monitor Channel 16 (VHF-FM 156.8 MHz). After initial contact, the Harbormaster will shift radio to Channel 23A (VHF-FM 157.150) or 81A (VHF-FM 157.075). Port Control telex number is 907-546-2451. Industry representatives may be provided a special telephone number to assist emergency coordination with Port Control. During severe storms, or if damage or service interruption occurs, the Harbormaster will shift office operations to the Saint Paul Public Safety Communications Center, 546-2333. The following entities may be notified in the event of waterfront or vessel related emergencies:
