14.25.020 Boat length.

For purposes of determining the appropriate annual mooring facilities reservation fee, boat length shall be the overall length as measured from the most forward portion, including booms, spars, gins, or any fixed protuberances, to the most aft portion of the vessel, including booms, spars, gins, or any fixed protuberances.
