All vessels within one mile of St. Paul Island shall be rodent free. Any vessel in violation of this provision shall immediately be evicted from the Saint Paul Harbor and the waters surrounding St. Paul Island. All aircraft landing on St. Paul Island shall be rodent free. Any aircraft in violation of this provision shall immediately be evicted from Saint Paul. [Ord. 21-03 § 2 (Att.), 2021.]
