(a) Any real property subject to CCO 16.10.030 or vessel may be routinely inspected during normal business hours for compliance with this chapter. If the municipality has reason to believe there is a rodent present on the real property or vessel, or a different violation of this chapter has occurred, the inspection may occur at any time of the day.

(b) All structures subject to CCO 16.10.030 shall obtain from the municipality a certificate of inspection that shall be permanently displayed in or upon the structure. [Ord. 21-03 § 2 (Att.), 2021.]
