The description of the seal of the City shall be a circle upon which shall be printed the words, “the City of Saint Paul, Alaska” and across the face the inscription: “Incorporated on June 29, 1971.” The above-described seal is hereby adopted and declared the corporate seal of the City, and the same shall be used to authenticate all acts of this corporation. The seal of the City shall be kept by the City Clerk and affixed by him to all acts requiring to be so authenticated. [Code 1979 § 1.03.]
