(a) Water Utility. Rates and fees for water utility shall be recommended by the City Manager and approved by the City Council. The new rates will be added to the City of Saint Paul master rate schedule and posted publicly.

(b) Sewer Utility. Rates and fees for sewer utility shall be recommended by the City Manager and approved by the City Council. The new rates will be added to the City of Saint Paul master rate schedule and posted publicly.

(c) The City Council shall sit as the Public Works Utility Board to hear and judge all appeals regarding utility rate charges. [Ord. 18-04 §§ 3, 4, 2018. Code 1979 § 10.03.]
