14.20.070 Use of harbor – Implied agreement.

The use or presence of any vessel within the harbor shall constitute an agreement by the owner, operator, master, or managing agent to conform to any rule, regulation, or order duly made by the City of Saint Paul. [Ord. 89-02 § 2 (Att.), 1988. Code 1979 Ch. 18.14.]
