(a) Decisions of the Zoning Administrator made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may be appealed by an aggrieved party as set forth in CCO 18.10.080.

(b) Decisions of the Council made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may be appealed by an aggrieved party to the Superior Court of the State of Alaska, Third Judicial District, sitting in Anchorage, Alaska. [Code 1979 § 16.04.020.]
