In addition to any other qualifications required by this Code, a member of a board, committee or commission (a) shall be a person registered to vote with a physical address on St. Paul Island; and (b) shall be and remain a resident of St. Paul Island while in office. Notwithstanding the foregoing, persons serving on the Board of Adjustment shall not be required to meet either such qualification. [Ord. 09-03, 2009. Code 1979 § 1.12.050.]
