(a) The City Clerk shall provide a standard information and application form for interested persons to complete. All forms, letters, applications or other expressions of interest shall be addressed to the City Clerk.

(b) The Mayor shall submit nominations of persons to fill vacancies on a commission, committee or board to the Council for appointments to be effective on the date set forth in the nomination notice. [Ord. 09-03, 2009. Code 1979 § 1.12.100.]
