2.15.120 Participating by teleconference.

(a) A Councilmember or members participating by teleconference shall not be counted for purposes of constituting a quorum except in an emergency under Chapter 8.10 CCO.
(b) The Councilmember must be teleconferenced by the beginning of the meeting to be able to effectively follow the order of business.
(c) Teleconferences shall not be allowed for executive sessions. (Approved 6/21/06)
(d) Councilmembers who are off Island and wish to participate by telephone:
(1) Must notify the City Clerk and make arrangements prior to their travel;
(2) Shall use a speaker phone if more than one person is at a location; and
