(a) It is unlawful for any person to create a disturbance of the peace in a tavern, store or grocery, or at any election or public meeting or other place where citizens are peacefully and lawfully assembled, by threatening conduct or infliction of bodily harm, with or without a weapon, on any person.

(b) It is unlawful to create excessive noise and disturbance by the use of any motor vehicle or by any other means.

(c) It is unlawful for any person to publicly use obscene language, to the disturbance of the public peace and quiet, including the use of such language on any radio.

(d) It is unlawful for any person to willfully create a disturbance at any public assembly or at any place where citizens are peacefully and lawfully gathered.

(e) It is unlawful to obstruct vehicles, equipment or pedestrian traffic.

(f) It is unlawful to refuse to comply with any lawful order of a police officer.

(g) It is unlawful for any person to sell, use or consume alcoholic liquors or beer upon the public streets or highways or in public places, except premises covered by a liquor control license or permit.

(h) It is unlawful for any person to willfully impair, impede, obstruct or interfere in any way with City officials or employees in the performance of their official duties.

(i) A person who engages in such conduct is, upon conviction, guilty of a City offense and is punishable as set forth in CCO 9.05.020. [Ord. 80-16, 1981. Code 1979 § 8.3.]
