A person is guilty of impeding fire protection if he:

(a) Parks an unauthorized vehicle within 100 yards of a fire;

(b) While driving a vehicle which is not transporting firemen, and upon hearing a fire siren, fails to pull his vehicle over to the right hand side of the roadway and stop said vehicle until all fire equipment has passed; or

(c) Failed to comply with any lawful order of a fire or police official.

(d) A person who engages in such conduct is, upon conviction, guilty of a City offense and is punishable as set forth in CCO 9.05.020. [Ord. 80-09, 1981. Code 1979 § 8.4.]
