A person who, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or an exhilarating or stupefying drug, carries, has in his possession or under his control, or uses or discharges a firearm is, upon conviction, guilty of a City offense and is punishable as set forth in CCO 9.05.020. [Code 1979 § 8.7.]
