18.20.050 Planning and Zoning Commission as Platting Board.

(a) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall act as the Platting Board and shall be responsible for:
(1) Approving preliminary subdivision plats;
(2) Approving final subdivision plats;
(3) Granting variances of platting requirements;
(4) Granting vacations of streets and public rights-of-way, subject to Council concurrence and approval as required by CCO 18.20.060;
(5) Granting waivers of subdivision regulations; and
(6) Taking any other action tasked to the Planning and Zoning Commission herein.
(b) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall present a report to the Council at each meeting describing all actions taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission as the Platting Board since the last Council meeting. [Code 1979 § 16.01.050.]
