(a) Except as allowed under CCO 18.20.130(a), a recorded plat may not be altered and a tract or parcel may not be replatted unless an application signed by a majority of the owners of the land lying within the boundaries of the land to be replatted is submitted to the Zoning Administrator.

(b) An application for a replat shall be treated like an application for a preliminary plat under CCO 18.20.090 and must receive approval as a final plat under CCO 18.20.100. [Code 1979 § 16.02.050.]
